A Nigerian woman named Ifeoma Amuche recently responded to a letter of congratulations from Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Gregory Obi for winning the award for best graduating student at an institution in distant China by using social media.

Obi congratulated Amuche on her extraordinary achievement of graduating at the top of her class at South West University in China in a tweet he wrote on his verified Twitter account on Friday morning. He said that Amuche stood out from the rest due to her tremendous amount of effort and commitment in her studies.

Further, Obi stated that the young woman had honoured Nigeria by achieving an amazing academic achievement and had made a name for herself on the global scene.

It's noteworthy to note that Miss Amuche, who after earning her award at school shared a video of her farewell address in Chinese, responded to Obi's tweet a short while later with her delight. She thanked him for the congratulations and referred to the former governor of Anambra as her mentor.
