Actor Williams Uchemba has called out officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC over the inability of some Nigerians to pick up their Permanent Voters Card PVCs.

He shared a video of some Nigerians protesting about not being able to pick up their cards, stating that INEC cannot disenfranchise people and want a free and fair election.
