When the name 'Rohit Shetty' comes to our mind, we only have the image of  a great director who has directed Blockbuster movies like 'Zameen', 'All the best', 'Golmaal Series', Chennai express', 'Singham', 'Singham Returns', 'Bol Bacchan' 'Simba', 'Dilwale' etc. He is the son of  famous villain 'Shetty', He is fond of  cars, His love for action in movies, His close friendship with Ajay Devgan, His every movie that gets the tag of  Blockbuster, His love for the Police which he portrays through his movies are his other identities which makes him a very special person among the other Bollywood Directors. But you know what Guys, apart from being a Blockbuster director, he is a wonderful human being  with pure heart and beyond that, a very open hearted personality. He is absolute like that. And this his quality about him I knew from the stage of  Indian Idol. Dear Guys, I was watching Indian Idol with the family yesterday where Rohit Shetty Sir came to promote his new movie 'Cirkus' with its co-stars. Actually, this episode was dedicated to Rohit Shetty Production which is his own Production House. The contestants in this show gave tribute to his film production by singing his movie songs. And when in the end, besides as a director, what Rohit Shetty did for the society was told, the viewers got surprised including the judges, contestants and I. Coz what he contributed to the society is unmatched by even the best. First, let me tell you what he did to the society. And the first name who told the viewers how Rohit Shetty contributed to the society is -

    Vishwas Nangre Patil, The Joint

    Commissioner of  Police, Mumbai

He states,

    In the time of  Corona, many

    Policemen were infected with

    Corona. So to take treatment,

    they were admitted to the 

    hospital. But when he came to

    know the cost of  the treatment

    is 93 Lac, the ground beneath

    his feat shifted. He had a question

    of  paying this huge amount in 

    front of  him. He immediately

    called Rohit Sir. And look at what

    this great man replied to him -

    "Not to worry, Sir. We will pay it in

    one stroke. And he gave the cheque

    of  93 lacs to Patil Sir. This is Rohit

    Shetty and his generosity"

The next name who reveled the generosity of  this great man on the show is -

    Ashok Pandit, an Indian Filmmaker

    and the president of  the Indian 

    Film and television directors

He states,

    Due to corona, there were no

    work for the spot boys, technicians,

    cameraman and the other people

    who work behind the screen. Just

    because of  imposing the lockdown.

    Then how will they earn their 

    livelihood and run house in this

    critical time, a question arose

    before them. He immediately 

    recalled the name 'Rohit Shetty'.  

    He phoned him and told everything

    to him. And look at the reply of  this

    humble man, Guys. He replied -

    "Not to worry, Sir. They are our

    men. In this situation, if we don't

    help them then who will. You just

    don't worry. I did a show few

    days ago from which I raised a fund

    of  Rs. 1 crore. I'll send that to you.

    The problem will be solved. This

    is Rohit Shetty and his generosity".

The third name who are the photographers themselves named 'Varinder Chawla' and 'Yogen Shah' told how Rohit Shetty helped them in this difficult period. This proves Guys, how generous this man is! We can  surely say this man is born to serve the needy people. This his great work is a fine example of  it. So let's stand and salute for what he did to the society. He undoubtedly deserves our salute 🙏

Dear Guys, there is no doubt that Rohit Sir would have helped some other needy people and brought smiles to their faces apart from this great work. But do you think it's just because of  he has lot of money and does it for a publicity stunt to get people's sympathy? There is no such thing like this, Guys. He himself has faced poverty closely. He stated in an interview that,

    'He went through poverty badly.

    There was a time when they had

    no money for food. In such

    circumstances, he wrote a letter

    to the great Amitabh Bachchan for

    helping them. And as the great man

    came to know about it, he

    immediately sent help to them'

This proves, Guys, he is very well familiar with poverty. He knows what poverty can do to man. This is why when he comes to know about the needy ones, he rushes to help them. And this his quality we have experienced here. So once again let's stand and praise this generous man and his kind gesture here. He truly deserves this honour from us.

Rohit Sir, thank you for this your lovely gesture. You are the real gentleman of  this country. Please, keep this great work continue and spread happiness in needy one's lives. You are simply great.
