How to use Voxer in your business

Voxer is a push-to-talk app that allows users to send voice messages in real-time, as well as text messages and multimedia content. This is the only way I work with clients 1:1 and it’s perfect for the introverted and busy people in this world.

And in the last few weeks, I have had several people ask me what it is. I’ve been using Voxer for quite a few years now with clients to communicate as things pop up and the ability to answer right away or at least when I have a moment.

One of my clients will leave me messages for the VA work I do for her and another uses it to brainstorm, vent, discuss, and focus on goals.

I also use it for private access to me during office hours so that people can get their life and Business questions answered. I don’t know about you but the thought of sitting on a Zoom call for a 1-hour isn’t really all that appealing. And this way they can get support at a more affordable investment any time when choosing the 1:1 Offerings I have available.

There are some ways to use Voxer in your business that I want to share with you!

Team Communication: Use Voxer as a tool for team communication, especially if your team is spread across different locations or time zones. Instead of sending long emails or waiting for a response to a text message, team members can use Voxer to quickly and easily communicate with each other in real time.

Customer Support: If your business provides customer support, you can use Voxer to communicate with customers in a more personal and interactive way. Customers can leave a voice message with their support request or question, and your team can respond with a voice message or text message.

Sales: Sales teams can use Voxer to communicate with potential clients and customers, providing a more personal touch than email or text messages. Sales reps can quickly and easily send a voice message or text message to follow up on leads or provide additional information.

Project Management: Use Voxer to keep track of project progress and communicate with team members. Voice messages can be used to provide updates or ask for feedback, and the app’s multimedia capabilities make it easy to share files and images.

Training and Onboarding: Use Voxer to train new employees or provide ongoing training and development for your team. Voice messages can be used to provide instruction and guidance, and employees can respond with questions or feedback.

To get started with using Voxer in your business, you’ll need to create an account and invite team members to join. Once everyone is on board, you can start using Voxer to communicate, collaborate, and grow your business.
