  1. Close your mouth and breathe through your nose
  2. Now breathe through your mouth
  3. Next, breathe through your mouth and your nose
  4. Warmup to set your body in the mood 
  5. Start running and let your body do the breathing
  6. When you stop running take time to understand how you’re breathing when you’re unable to control your breathing. 
  7. Then take mental note of how you breathe when you’re not in control of your body
