६. या फॉर्मवर दिलेली माहिती आपल्याला भरायची आहे. आपले पूर्ण नाव, रजिस्टर केलेला मोबाईल नंबर किंवा आपला इमेल आयडी.
७. Captcha व्हेरिफिकेशन आपल्याला करायचे आहे कॅप्तचा भरून 'Send OTP' बटन वर क्लिक करा.
८. One Time Password (OTP) आपल्याला येईल. आपला जो रजिस्टर नंबर आहे त्यावर UIDAI द्वारे एक वेळ वापरण्याचा पासवर्ड येईल.
९. आपण नोंदवलेल्या मोबाईलवर OTP आला असेल. तो OTP आपण पुढील स्टेप वर वापरणार आहोत.
१० OTP वेरिफाया करून आपल्याला आपले आधार कार्ड डाऊनलोड करायचे आहे.
