Contest Eligibility: The Cottonelle Refresh Contest is open only to legal resident of Canada (excluding the province of Québec), who must be the age of majority or older in the province/territory in which they reside.
Contest Duration: The Cottonelle Winter Contest begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on January 20, 2023 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on February 28, 2023.
