Among the notable winners were Latto, who graciously accepted the honor of Best Female Hip-Hop Artist, and Coco Jones, who was personally present to receive the esteemed title of Best New Artist. 

Adding to the excitement, Teyana Taylor's mother, Nikki, took the stage to accept her daughter's well-deserved award for Video Director of the Year and even connected with Teyana through FaceTime during the live broadcast to share the thrilling news.


In addition to the televised awards, the event also recognized winners in 15 categories that were not featured during the broadcast. Notably, there were two captivating ties among the high-profile winners. 

Beyoncé's extraordinary album, Renaissance, and SZA's sensational creation, SOS, both claimed the prestigious title of Album of the Year.
