SGGS has a lot of similarity/overlap with teachings in the Quran and Bible and given how late our religion started, the arguement that Sggs copied these scriptures is made a lot, what is the correct way to answer if a Muslim/Christian was to bring this point towards a Sikh?

I also have this question in my own head a lot so even just to understand this myself and not exactly to answer others I would like to know. Thanks!
