Bose Alao is an award winning Nigerian actress and movie producer known for her intriguing role in the movie “Itakun”.
Bose Alao Omotoyossi was born on January 6th, 1985 in Lagos state, Nigeria. Known as Bosslady, she is a Professional Nollywood actor, Filmmaker, Endorsement Model and Entrepreneur.
She is an actress with an entrepreneur mindset. She is the CEO BMC Ltd.
Bose Alao Early Life and Education
Born into a Muslim family from Ede in Osun state, Bose grew up in Lagos with her parents and siblings – Fatimo, Harlao, Nofisat and Natty. She is the fourth child of the five. Bose attended Gideon Comprehensive High School graduating in 2002. Between 2004 and 2007, she studied Science Education (Biology) at the Yaba Department of the University of Lagos (UNILAG). She however could not complete her studies at UNILAG.
In 2005, she earned a certificate in acting and producing from the training arm of the Independent Television Producers Association of Nigeria (ITPAN). From 2011 to 2014, she studied Business Administration at the Lagos Polytechnic Ikeja, graduating with a National Diploma.

In 1995, Bose began her career in show business as a host for NTA’s Kiddies Vision 101 program. She started appearing on Speak Out after that. Upon completing her WAEC examinations, she went to the National Arts Theatre and was introduced to Bimbo Oshin by a stranger she met there. The movie Eji Owuro included her as a Waka pass.
Itakun was the film that launched Bose’s career. With each new role she takes on, she proves her worth. There are various films she has been in, including Super Dad and Oko Asa and the Edge of Paradise and Torment and Imoran Ika and Thorny. The character of Pepeye’s companion in Wale Adenuga’s popular comedy series Papa Ajasco was offered to her in 2014, and she accepted it.
She founded Beeehay Media Concepts, a media production company, in April 2007 and currently serves as CEO. Olasubomi, Imoran Ika, Bomilashiri, Rivers Between, Blind Spots, Olasubomi, and Rough Day are some of the films she has produced. She held the position of director of Teekay Exotic Boutique from September 2009 to August 2012. Additionally, she works as a model and a travel agency.

Razak Omotoyossi, a Beninese player who was born in Nigeria, married Bose in 2007. On June 19th, 2007, the pair first met, and by October of same year, they were married. Four girls have come out of the union. In October of last year, news broke that Bose had been physically abused by her husband. There were countless images of her mutilated face on social media.
After her marriage collapsed in June 2018, the actress broke the news on her WhatsApp status. According to her, she and her husband divorced because of domestic abuse. On Saturday, June 2nd, 2018, Alao announced that her marriage to Omotoyosi had come to an end.
