Mr Eazi, a globally performing craftsman signed to Wizkid’s StarBoy Worldwide label, has collaborated with well-known Ghanaian musicians such as Sarkodie, Efya, and Pappy Kojo. He was controversially barred from attending the annual Ghana Music Awards in 2016 because he is not a Ghanaian resident. Oluwatosin Ajibade (born July 19, 1991), better known by his stage name Mr. Eazi, is a talented Nigerian artist and entrepreneur.

He is a pioneer of Banku Music, a sound he describes as a hybrid of Nigerian chord patterns and Ghanaian highlife.

Back in the year 2008, Mr. Eazi left Nigeria and relocated to Kumasi, Ghana.

When he was at KNUST, he was in charge of booking young talented artists to perform at college parties.

He provided guest vocals on the song “My Life,” which gained popularity and became a well-liked album at KNUST.

Prior to that, he established Swagger Entertainment, a party and marketing company. He used this platform to schedule performances and publicize events on the KNUST campus.

Mr. Eazi returned to Nigeria at the age of 23 and established his own e-commerce platform while also working for Schlumberger.
