“Taking this creed sh** for real” – Tyreek Hill, Stephen A Smith and NFL world left stunned as Terence Crawford knocks out Errol Spence Jr.

One of the biggest fights in boxing has just occurred, and it delivered a highly explosive outcome that Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill and the rest of the NFL world marveled at.

On Saturday, Terence Crawford defeated Errol Spence Jr. to become the new undisputed welterweight champion in their main event matchup at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. “Bud” was dominant throughout, battering “The Truth” for over eight rounds until referee Harvey Dock finally decided he had seen enough at 2:32 of the ninth.

Multiple NFL personalities, including Hill and First Take host Stephen A. Smith, were in awe at the performance:

“I expected a decision win by him. I did NOT expect an absolute ass-whipping! @terencecrawford destroyed @ErrolSpenceJr . I take no pleasure in saying that. Love’em both. But it’s just the truth. Haven’t seen this kind of whipping since Trinidad destroyed Joppy. Mayweather beat Gatti”

Could Tyreek Hill’s potential suspension hurt Miami Dolphins’ Super Bowl run?

Tyreek Hill, however, has no time to celebrate the outcome of the match. Recently, a video emerged of him fighting an employee of the Haulover Marina in Miami. “Cheetah” had addressed the altercation when speaking after the Dolphins’ camp:

“The issue has been resolved, and I’m currently cooperating with the NFL on what happened that day. I just can’t make bonehead mistakes like that. I hope everything gets situated.”

Such an incident constitutes disorderly conduct, which is punishable by suspension under the NFL’s Personal Conduct Policy – even though Hill was ultimately cleared, per TMZ. NBC’s Mike Florio believes it is a possibility:

“I give him credit for saying, hey, I can’t do stuff like that, and be a bonehead. But if they find any reason to punish him, it’s in the personal conduct policy. His history of pleading guilty in 2015 to choking and punching his then-pregnant girlfriend is relevant to setting the punishment.”

But if a suspension indeed occurs, then he is not the only one whose services the Dolphins will sorely miss when play resumes in September. Cornerback and star offseason acquisition Jalen Ramsey has gone down with a meniscus tear and will not be back until December after undergoing surgery.
