‘Offensive Foul’: Golf World Reacts As Scottie Scheffler’s Caddie Gets Attacked (Hilariously) by Another PGA Tour Pro at $8,700,000 Event

One of the oldest PGA Tour competitions, the Charles Schwab Challenge, is currently ongoing at the Colonial Golf Course in Fort Worth, Texas. Top players as such Scottie Scheffler, Max Homa, Sam Burns, Viktor Hovland, and others along with their respective caddies, are sweating it out at the ground for the whopping prize money.

And from the grounds of the challenge, a video has surfaced that shows a rough moment between Scottie Scheffler’s Caddie Ted Scott, and the 26-year-old PGA Pro, Sam Burns. Both Scheffler and Burns are worthy opponents that have faced each other multiple times. Sam even beat Scheffler at last year’s Colonial match.

The Instagram page of the PGA Tour shared a fun moment from the ground. In a small snippet shared by them some players were seen walking on the course when Sam Burns suddenly turned around and threw the golf ball in his hand in the direction of Scheffler’s caddie Ted Scott, who was walking a few feet behind him.

But one must commend the alert and sharp sense of Scott as he is seen stopping the ball speeding in his direction with his hands, and throwing it on the ground. All of this in less than a few seconds and without any warning. It just goes on to show how he has managed to caddie with the PGA Tour for 24 years.  Scottie Scheffler, who was walking beside Ted asked the camera guy laughing -“Did you catch it?”  The video caption justified the fun – “Ted Scott needs to keep his head on a swivel when Sam Burns is around
