Odaiba in Japan to have world’s first immersive theme park by 2024

Odaiba is an artificial island in Japan, and was especially designed to meet the shopping and entertainment needs of people. The island can be reached via the Rainbow Bridge or the Yurikamome train. But the news here is that the place will soon turn into the world’s first immersive theme park! And by soon, we mean 2024.

The Immersive Fort Tokyo is inspired by London’s interactive shows, which started during the 2000s. This 30,000 sq m facility will feature a European-style interior with 12 attractions, along with six stores and restaurants.

This high-tech entertainment centre is built on an artificial island in Tokyo Bay and visitors here can take in some amazing Mt. Fuji views from the Daikanransha Ferris wheel. They can also talk to robots at the Miraikan science museum. Some prominent malls here are Aqua City and the Venice-themed VenusFort.
