With just two weeks remaining in the PGA Tour regular season, two-time major champion Justin Thomas will try to earn his way into the FedEx Cup Playoffs when he tees off in the 2023 3M Open beginning Thursday at Tpc Twin Cities north of Minneapolis. Thomas, who won the FedEx Cup in 2017, was not originally scheduled to compete in Minnesota, but he enters the 3M ranked No. 75 in the FedEx Cup standings. Only the top 70 in the standings will qualify for the Playoffs, prompting Thomas’ last-minute change of heart.

However, Nejad is high on the chances of Lucas Glover, who’s a 50-1 longshot. The former U.S. Open champion enters the 3M on a bit of a roll. He has finished in the top six of his last three tournaments. He is coming off a fifth in the Barbasol Championship.
