Russell Wilson’s Good Man Brand has come up as one of the best clothing options for men, encompassing classy and flashy under one umbrella. However, Wilson’s dressing sense wasn’t always as dapper as his ventures, and even the Super Bowl champion had to learn his ways.

Russell Wilson has had his fair share of ups and downs, mostly downs as the last season made many Denver Broncos fans question the QB1’s ceiling. But off the court, Wilson is living his best life. While Wilson’s NFL career needs some revamping, the same cannot be said for his fashion choices.

Back in 2016, Russell Wilson sought a remedy to menswear woes, hence the inception of the Good Man Brand. The goal was to come up with a clothing line that caters to the need of the common man, providing sleek and high-quality options to choose from. Wilson’s clothing line perfectly encompasses their motto, “Do Good, Feel Good, Look Good”, and the Broncos QB1 embodies the mantra himself.

However, Russell Wilson wasn’t always as fashion oriented as he is today. A lot of the credit goes to Wilson’s better half and R&B sensation, Ciara, and he certainly shares it.

“Before I met Ciara, my wardrobe wasn’t as sharp as it is today. She inspired me to step up my looks.” shared Wilson.

Russell Wilson’s fashion endeavor keeps in line with his profession and is more partial to comfort than looks. Speaking on the inspiration, Wilson said, “Understanding how active my lifestyle is – going to practice, being a dad, hanging out with my family – all those things really played into what we wanted to design. It turned into a collection of fashionable, sustainable, and sensible pieces that are easy to style and comfortable to wear, but also allow you to look sharp and transition throughout any moment the day throws at you.”

With Wilson at the helm, Good Man Brand has certainly made its mark on the fashion world and hopefully will continue to do so. Russell Wilson and Ciara are expanding their horizons, and the power couple is not content with just taking over the fashion world.

Ciara has always been a multi-faceted woman and seems Russell Wilson is tagging along. The power couple recently turned their focus to the entertainment industry, taking up as reins as the executive producers. The couple’s  ‘Why Not You Productions’ recently teamed up with Amazon Prime Video to bring about the untold tale of the WNBA.

The project perfectly aligned with Ciara’s continued message of women’s empowerment and tackled many sexist issues head-on. The sports documentary ‘Unfinished Business’, provides fans with much behind-the-scenes footage dating back to the inception of the WNBA. With the WNBA franchise in New York Liberty at the forefront, Ciara and Russell Wilson could not hide their excitement as they even announced the same on social media.
