Quest Diagnostics – Corporate giving and Q4HE grants totaled $15 million.

At a cost of more than $13 million, we provided 750,000 donated or discounted test requisitions.

Employee donations totaling $300,000 were matched by hundreds of nonprofits.

Employees volunteered for over 20,000 hours.

Quest’s Corporate Giving Program captures our employees’ passion and commitment to making meaningful contributions to the communities in which we live and work.

Quest Diagnostics

We help nonprofit organizations by providing financial assistance, donated and discounted services, volunteer time, and thought leadership.

Quest also assists employees in their charitable giving. Employees are encouraged to support organizations that provide healthcare services and education, address healthcare disparities and social determinants of health, fight racism and foster inclusion, and conserve the environment through our Matching Gifts Program. Quest will match up to $2,500 in contributions per employee per year.

In addition to those affected by federally declared disasters, we expanded The Quest Employee Relief Fund to provide financial assistance to colleagues experiencing personal hardship. Quest matches 100% of employee contributions to the Employee Relief Fund. Over 700 grants totaled $288,000 in 2022.
