The 2023 Best Workplaces for Innovators, created in conjunction with Accenture, recognizes 100 winners from a variety of industries, including biotech, consumer packaged goods, education, healthcare, and many more. Fast Company editors and Accenture researchers cooperated to assess nearly 1,000 applications, and an eight-member team of prominent judges reviewed and endorsed the top 100 firms, which now include Hormel Foods for the first time. 

Hormel Foods has introduced Brand Fuel, a new center of excellence focused on customer insights and innovation. The Brand Fuel team serves as the company’s hub for consumer insights and brand diagnostics, while also enabling technology that allows customers to connect with brands based on where and how they purchase and eat. 

In addition, the firm launched its Originate Initiative, an email series that covers many of the industry-leading initiatives that the company is driving today while inspiring dialogues about tomorrow and beyond.
