Aura Air Equips 1000s of Classrooms with Air Quality Management Systems

Aura Air set classrooms with Air Quality Management Systems

Hundreds of schools and school bus operators are installing Aura Air’s cutting-edge air quality control systems as kids return to the classroom for the start of the new school year.

Schools are determined to remain open safely this year after two years of disruptions to in-person classes and rising concerns about student absenteeism. Even if COVID-19 cases are still present and flu season is rapidly approaching, many people must deal with a declining teacher pool, declining public school enrolment, and the need to make up for lost learning.

The federal government provided educational organisations, schools, and universities across the country with $122 billion in pandemic relief money in 2020. In order to reduce the risks and effects, they are using the cash to install indoor air quality monitoring equipment.

Aura Air

In hundreds of classrooms and school buses where the systems have been deployed, Aura Air devices have successfully helped to improve the air quality. The Aura Air system reduced health hazards like headaches, sluggishness, nausea, and cancer by 50% by lowering VOC levels in classrooms. In addition, the total air quality increased by more than 12%, as did PM 2.5 levels by more than 10%.

The Aura Air system has now been deployed in some of the biggest school districts around the nation after several successful pilot initiatives, including:

Connecticut Meriden Public Schools

Mississippi Jackson Public Schools

Maryland’s Legends Charter School

Washington’s Highline Public Schools

Florida’s Jacksonville University

The Touro College of New York

Mississippi’s Southwest College

Cambridge, Massachusetts, is a city.

According to Roei Friedberg, CEO of Aura Americas, “Aura Air is proud to deliver clean, safe indoor air to thousands of students and educators in the United States, just as we do in classrooms and governmental facilities around the world.” “Aura Air’s cutting-edge air management system improves the health and welfare of instructors, faculty, and students by removing dangerous airborne particles like viruses, germs, and VOCs from the air and preventing the spread of illnesses.

Parents and teachers continue to have serious concerns about the indoor air quality in our schools, according to Leslie Boggs, a former leader of the National Parent Teacher Association. Science has shown that the technology used by Aura Air removes 99.99% of COVID and flu particles from the air we breathe. To maintain the health of faculty members and students, their software enables educational institutions to monitor and clean the indoor air quality throughout campuses in real-time.

Superintendents, teachers, and school bus drivers use the Aura Air web platform as a fleet management tool to uphold the highest indoor air quality standards in public areas.
