Delilah Holliday has shared her new single ‘Everything I Ever Wanted’.

The London multi-hyphenate has been on our radar since she was a teen, having formed South London outfit Skinny Girl Diet with her sister Ursula and their cousin Amelia. An inspirational part of the city’s musical landscape, she has since broadened her creative lens to incorporate visual arts, fashion, and a show on NTS Radio.

Solo single ‘Babylon’ landed in 2018, and since then she’s worked across music and fashion, with collaborators including everyone from Baxter Dury and Neneh Cherry through to the late, great Vivienne Westwood.

New EP ‘Invaluable Vol. 1’ lands on July 7th, her first release on revered label One Little Independent. Ahead of this, she’s shared lush, dreamy new single ‘Everything I Ever Wanted’ which signals another chapter in her work.

A rounded, evocative piece of work, it comes with a neat new video. Delilah comments…

“It’s basically about the anxiety of the world burning, but it’s still like a love song. It’s about asking your love: “Would you still run away with me?” It was one of those songs that just wrote itself, I was staying in the Swedish countryside, there was no one around and I enjoyed being isolated, it allowed me to conjure up the concept of what it would feel like to be at the end of the world hiding in a bunker with the person you love the most”.
