2015: The Video Game Debacle
While working on her video game, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, during season 10 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim solicited the image likenesses of her sisters, as the game was meant to reflect her life and the close-knit clan. And though Khloé Kardashian obliged her older sister’s request, Kourtney was more resistant about being featured.
“Kourtney should do this for me as a favor,” Kim said in her confessional on the show. “But she’s like, ‘I don’t need a video game character. What will this do for me?’ Sometimes it’s not about what it will do for you.”
Kourtney’s main gripe with Kim, however, was that she didn’t ask for the favor the right way. “You never asked as a favor. Never once,” she chided. “I don’t care to do random things,” she added later in the conversation. “I don’t care to do more than I’m doing.”
Ultimately, Kourtney signed off and was featured in the game, along with other family members.
2018: Kim Says Kourtney Is ‘The Least Exciting to Look At’
What was supposed to be a conversation about scheduling a family photo shoot during season 15 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians turned out to be one of the more explosive fights the two sisters have ever had.
On one hand, Kourtney felt as though Kim wanted to schedule the shoot solely around her schedule. However, Kim felt that because she had so many moving parts in her day, her big sis should understand and be more accommodating. That’s not how things played out.
“Maybe if you had a business that you were passionate about then you would know what it takes you run a f — -ing business, but you don’t. So don’t even act like you know what I’m talking about,” Kim yelled in frustration.
“She’s the least exciting to look at,” Kim said after Kourtney left the room. “She doesn’t do s — t. She doesn’t know what it’s actually like to have f — -ing work to do.”
2018: Kourtney Calls Kim ‘An Evil Human Being’
Following the argument over a family photo shoot, a tearful Kourtney called Khloé, expressing her hurt over the situation. But, with Kim listening in, the beef between the sisters only got worse.
“Kim saying I’m the least interesting to look at, who even speaks like that?” Kourtney said, crying. “You guys just have different values than me. I choose to be a mother to my three kids, I’m not looking for another job. I already work enough, more than I would like to.”
After Kim interjected and stressed that Kourtney should be more accommodating because she works less, the eldest Kardashian responded, “You are a very distraught, evil human being. I don’t wanna see you, okay?”
Kim did attempt to apologize, though Kourtney did not accept.
2019: Kim Accuses Kourtney of Stealing Her Style
A simple dress fitting turned into yet another blowout between the two sisters.
Kourtney was on the hunt for a birthday dress when Khloé suggested she get Kim’s opinion on a vintage Dior sparkling mini. Minutes into the FaceTime convo, Kourtney and Kim were quarreling, with the latter accusing her big sister of stealing her style.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about, I’ve never dressed like you,” Kourtney said.
“I don’t think Kourtney understands the legwork that goes behind this,” Kim pointed out in her confessional. “You have to really have a relationship with that designer. I’ve spent months and months flying to Miami to see what [Rick Owens’] vision is, so for her to jump in, I was like, ‘Oh come on.’ She just has no idea how this works.”
Kourtney argued that even though they may pull from the same designer, the odds that they’d wear the same thing were slim, given their different personal styles.
“It’s so ridiculous that we’re even having a conversation like this because even if we wear the same designer, we wear it in a completely different way,” she said. “The store may send me clothes that are more Kim’s style, and I send them back.”
2019: Kourtney and Kim Can’t Agree on a Candyland Birthday Theme
With children that are so close in age, it seemed like a great idea for the two sisters to throw their daughters Penelope and North a joint birthday party. However, when they couldn’t agree on the types of treats to offer for the planned Candyland-themed bash, things went south.
For her part, Kim believed since the theme was about candy, the kids should have access to all their favorite sweets for the occasion.
Health-conscious Kourtney felt different, arguing that there should be some healthier options available at the party as well. “It’s not gonna be healthy no matter what, sugar’s not healthy,” she explained. “But I’m saying, let’s do not the nasty stuff with food coloring and gross s — t.”
Though Kim even threatened to back out of the bash at one point, the two did find a middle ground and were able to throw their daughters a party together.
2019: Kim and Khloé Accuse Kourtney of Being Too Guarded
During another episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim and Khloé made a surprise visit to a meeting Kourtney was supposedly holding. The sisters suspected she was dating someone and was being coy about it, and their intention was to find out about Kourtney’s potential beau.
Kourtney stressed the importance of having boundaries, telling Kim and Khloé, “What if I was [dating someone], then what? You bring cameras here, it’s so disrespectful,” she chided. “If I have boundaries, respect them.”
“Our job is being open and honest and sharing a lot of ourselves and it just seems like for the past few years now, Kourtney hasn’t really been open about her personal life on camera,” Kim said, addressing the audience. “So all of the days that Kourtney isn’t filming, Khloé and I are picking up the slack and having to share more because if we’re not sharing our lives, then what is the show?”
Kourtney argued that she simply didn’t want to share certain aspects of her life — particularly her love life — but was willing to open up about other things. “I said I will not share my relationships, that’s it,” she pointed out to her sisters. “I shared my breakdown, crying about having anxiety. I share other things.”
2020: Kourtney and Kim Get Into a Physical Altercation
Tension between the sisters went from bad to worse when a verbal argument turned physical.
Kim, again, accused Kourtney of not working as hard as the other sisters, saying, “You don’t care about stuff,” which immediately angered the eldest sister. “Honestly, change the narrative in your mind. I work my f — -ing ass off,” Kourtney exclaimed. “But also if I didn’t want to work my ass off and I wanted to be a stay-at-home mom, that’s f — -ing fine.”
Kourtney then charged at Kim, and the two got into a physical fight in which Kim walked away bleeding from scratches.
2023: Kourtney Accuses Kim of Sabotaging Her Wedding
When it came to choosing the dresses for her 2022 wedding to Travis Barker, Kourtney selected from the Dolce & Gabbana archives, as did several of the Kardashian family members and A-list guests.
According to Kim, the designers, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, took note of her style and reached out to her to collaborate on a collection that launched not too long after Kourtney tied the knot.
Naturally, the elder sister felt slighted. “While we were at our wedding, I guess, Kim was having these conversations with Dolce, that I didn’t know about,” she told sister Kendall Jenner during an episode of The Kardashians on Hulu. “She wasn’t like ‘Hey, I got this offer, how do you feel about it? I really want the money…’ or whatever it was.”
Kourtney then broke down in tears, saying, “It’s just legit copying my wedding, everything that I did.” She even ventured to say that while everyone else was excited for her walk down the aisle, Kim “wasn’t happy at my wedding.”
During a sit-down conversation on the show, Kim responded, pointing out that Kourtney copied elements of her 2014 wedding to Kanye West. “I got married in Italy. Am I saying you copied me by getting married in Italy?”
“Who performed at my wedding? Andrea Bocelli. Who performed at Kourtney’s wedding? Andrea Bocelli,” Kim noted, before adding, “You stole my wedding country and my wedding performer.”
Ultimately, the sisters agreed to move past the entire ordeal.
2023: Kourtney Calls Kim a ‘Witch’
The sisters found themselves fighting again in the season 4 premiere of The Kardashians, as they watched edits from their arguments in the previous season.
“It makes me not want to be around,” Kourtney said.
“And that’s totally your choice and decision. I just think we should have a conversation about it because nothing happened at the wedding. Nothing was a conversation at the wedding,” Kim responded.
As they went back and forth about the Dolce & Gabbana debacle, Kourtney claimed Kim had an “egotistical, selfish mind.”
In response, Kim said, “You’re just a different — you hate us. You’re a different person. We all talk about it.”
Kourtney fired back, “Because I don’t need you guys anymore. I don’t need to be a part of it.”
After some more back and forth, the conversation took a turn when Kim told Kourtney: “Your kids have even come to me with problems that they have in how you are.”
“Is that helpful? You’re like, adding it into a fight to have a side like it’s you and my friends and my kids and everyone against me,” Kourtney — currently expecting baby №4 with husband Travis Barker — said. “It’s like you’re just a f — -ing witch and I hate you.”
