We must understand that life is not always easy. What is better for us may not be what we are used to, but it is well worth the effort of establishing new habits and making lifestyle adjustments.

Change does not have to be excruciating!

Just turn to nature for insights on how to make change seem simple.
The gorgeously colorful fall leaves aren’t clinging to the elderly tree for dear life. No, they easily adapt to the changes and drift gently off the tree.

With the arrival of fall, we’ve been working in our gardens, clearing out the old and preparing for a period of relaxation. We understand that the land needs to rest, and that there will be more amazing things to thrill us in our Garden next year.

Is there anything in your life that needs to be gently eased out? Maybe you need to get rid of some undesirable relationships, habits, or thoughts in your life. Don’t be afraid to experiment with gardening in your own life.

Every gardener understands that unless we go to the roots of the problem, we will not be able to solve it.
It may go away for a while, but until we get to the source of the problem, it will rapidly return to the garden.

Even when harvest season has arrived, there is no time to stop pruning our mental gardens. This garden requires regular care in order for us to thrive and be all that we can be. The only way to keep this garden in good condition is to ensure that there are no weeds trying to suffocate whatever good we are trying to achieve. The weeds of our minds, of course, are negative ideas that tend to come in and impede us from attaining our goals.
