User Experience with SAP - @ConVista Asia

User Experiences

SAP provides a set of Development tools with which you can create applications that run on any device by adapting its Interface.

SAP User Experience (UX) is an essential part of the user experience design process for SAP software. UX practitioners work with SAP customers and partners to create a positive user experience for their products and services.

The new S / 4HANA is loaded with applications in the Fiori interface, it is now possible to create your applications using the UI5 development framework, providing all your applications with a homogeneous and modern interface

UX is about creating a satisfying experience for users, from the initial engagement with the product to continuing use and eventual adoption. This requires thoughtful design and a holistic approach that considers both the user’s needs and the product’s features and functions.

UX practitioners work with users to understand their needs and preferences, and then design the product and experience around those needs.

Our Service

  • Application development in Fiori / UI5.
  • The fast development of web and mobile applications without the need for code with Mendix.
  • Webdynpro application development.
  • Simplification of transactions through Screen People.
  • Implementation of new Fiori Launchpad and NWBC customers.
  • Prototypes of UI5 applications with Build.

The user experience with SAP can be summed up with the three Cs: Convenience, Control, and Comfort. SAP's online user interface (UI) is designed to be easy to use, with an intuitive layout and a wealth of features at your fingertips. You can control all aspects of your business in SAP, from managing your finances to working with your customers. And thanks to SAP's sophisticated data management capabilities, you can keep your business running smoothly from anywhere in the world.

FIORI

When SAP Fiori was first announced, there was a lot of hype surrounding it. After spending some time using it, my initial thoughts are that it's a pretty cool product. There are some cool features, but there are also some things that I don't like.

SAP UI5

SAP UI5 is a user interface design and development platform from SAP. It offers a wide range of features for interface design, such as a drag-and-drop interface, an interface builder, and a preview tool. UI5 also offers tools for layout, colour, and typography.

Personas

It allows simplifying the user interface of existing transactions without the need for complex developments

Mendix

A platform for fast web and cellular application development without the need for code. Allows the adoption of the scrum development methodology in the same software, providing collaborative development tools that are shared between developers, business analysts and end users

NWBC NetWeaver Business Client

The new SAP access client allows access to multiple systems and different application formats such as the classic SAP GUI and Fiori applications.

One of the things I like about SAP Fiori is that it allows you to create custom interfaces. This is helpful for users who are comfortable using a lot of different tools. Another thing I like is that it allows you to create custom dashboards. This is helpful for users who want to track specific data.

What is SAP User Experience?

SAP User Experience (UX) is a design approach that focuses on the user experience of the software. It is a way to make software easier to use by improving the design of its interface and making the overall experience more positive. UX is focused on the entire user experience, from the initial interaction with the software to the outcome.

How is SAP User Experience Different from Other Design Approaches?

UX is different from other design approaches because it is focused on the user experience. Other design approaches may focus on the design of the software itself, the design of the interface, or the design of the overall experience.
