5. Software: One M9 device comes with Android 5.0 Operating System in Lollipop flavor. The company has put its user interface HTC Sense 7 on the Android operating system to offer a better user experience. On the other hand, iPhone 6 uses the operating system iOS8. The performance of iOS8 is far superior as it has no other add-on installed. 
6. Processor: The new mobile phone comes with a 64-bit Snapdragon 810 Octa-core processor and 3GB RAM. When compared to this, iPhone6 has a 64-bit dual-core Apple A8 CPU and 1GB RAM. Apple's phone also has a separate GPU processor for processing graphical objects.
