SMRITI MALHOTRA
Ms. Smriti Malhotra works as a Secretary Incharge (Project Monitoring) in a Diplomatic Mission by profession and is a writer by passion. She started writing 20 years ago while she was in school, today she is a compiler, a published author and co-author in multiple anthologies.
Poetry is her first Love. She has bagged numerous awards for her valuable contribution to the Literature World. She won the “Best Author” (Poetry category) Award 2021 by Priyasi Publications, Women Achiever Award 2021 by Priyasi Publications, Special Mention Award 2021 by Cherry Book Awards for the category “Best Author – Poetry 2021” and Poetic Caesura Book Awards 2.0 for the category “Poetry”.
As destiny had something else stored for Smriti from poetry her forte changed to blogging. She started blogging – another interesting format of writing on renowned platforms like Youth ki Awaaz and Womensweb. She was an amateur in blogging when she started off in 2022 but today she has gained a lot of recognition on both the platforms. She has been upvoted for many blogs posted on Youth ki Awaaz and several have been editor’s choice too on Womensweb.
She is a warrior, a survivor and a diligent girl, who is working generously towards her dreams. She is associated with poetry communities on Instagram as a Judge and content writer. Owing to her love for writing, she is crazy about collecting pens and stationary items. She believes that writing is powerful and aspires to reach the hearts of millions of people through her writing. When not working, she can be found in mountains or scrolling on Instagram.
ANUPAMA RAVINDRAN MENON
Anupama Ravindran Menon, also known as Anu to near & dear ones, was born and brought up in the humble suburbs of old Seremban town in Malaysia. Being the oldest of her siblings, she was brought up in the warm embrace her humble family who she quotes as the crux of everything she is today. Nurtured & loved by the nucleus of her life, dad, Mr Ravindran Menon, mom, Madam Prema Nair, grandparents Mr V Krishnan Kutty Menon & Madam Sankari Menon , aunt Mrs Sugunna Krishnan, uncle Mr Sateesh Menon & Mr Nesa , sisters & best friend Anitha Menon, Anisha & Ashwani Nesarajah. Upon being conferred the scholarship of the Malaysian Defense Ministry & obtaining MBBS from Manipal University, she started training as an intern & began serving as a doctor in the Malaysian Armed Forces. Her career begun as a junior doctor in a combat training centre situated down south of Peninsular Malaysia.
Setting foot as a doctor & an officer in the military was an experience of its own. She quoted it a privilege to serve under the United Nation’s (UN) flagship in a peacekeeping operation in Lebanon in 2019-2020 (UNIFIL) as a part of an entourage of the Malaysian Battalion 850-7. Joining international exercises provided an arena, pivoting as a melting pot of culture & brains, enabling the exchange of personal & professional experiences between various cultures & continents. Apart from being a United Nation’s ambassador & a doctor in field, she was also the Gender Focal Point representative of the nation & become an active part of the COVID-19 crisis team under the tutelage of UNIFIL Medical HQ & WHO. She personally felt that it was a wonderful opportunity to be walking hand in hand with all these beautiful ladies of all walks of life, hearing & experiencing their life first hand. Furthermore, she was the representing speaker for Malaysia, in international virtual symposiums to present regarding the adversities & challenges of COVID-19 in operational areas, namely by Vietnamese Defence & UNDPKO & CUNPKO of India. As much as she loves practicing medicine, she is also in awe of art in its every form. Hence, a doctor in the armed forces , writer & painter, the new kid around the block.
Being the simple, regular girl next door, her likes are very much encompassed by little miracles of life… She is an ardent believer of live, love & laugh trying to find happiness in the tiny, daily forgotten bundles of joy… She loves a morning dew blanketing the sleeping surroundings, a pluviophile who loves raindrops that hit off the barren earth emanating the fragrence of fresh minerals & soil, a combination of helio & opacarophile loving every outburst of sunrays specifically at dusk , which then wraps her up to being an astrophile looking out at the dazzling stars that scatter the inevitable black, dark sky.. Anu finds it addictive diving into books & splashing colors over a blank canvas… She enjoys snapping shots of nature, trying to capture the perfect moment of a heartbeat in a single click of camera lens. Above all, she loves her dad, her family , love & loved ones. “Wearing my heart on my sleeve & brain somewhere between my cranium & mouth, is pretty much myself in a nutshell” as she says.
She is a rebel against social norms, preordained dogmas that dictate life on how it should be. Anu also despises pretense & selfishness, actively disliking hierarchy based context of any daily living practice…

SARAH
SaRah is the author of ‘It Is I’, a psychological thriller based on the concept of Dissociative Identity Disorder.
She has also recently published her solo book of poems titled ‘Underneath The Scars.’
SaRah is an award-winning, published poetess and has been part of more than 20 anthologies as a Co – Author.
Her poetry book ‘Underneath The Scars’ was published recently and is a collection of a few of her dark and happy poems.
From poetry to novel writing, she embraced the author in her by getting her debut novel – ‘It Is I’ published. This novel revolves around the concept of Dissociative Identity Disorder.

“During the lockdown, I came across the best Maths teacher in the world – Mrs Geetika Pallan. I met her on 27th October 2020 on an Edtech Platform and I instantly fell in love with her and with the way she taught this subject. I then began to gift her a poem on every occasion. She valued every word and told me that my poems were her greatest treasure. This motivated me to write even more.
My Book titled “BESTEA” is a collection of 21 Poems written for my favourite Geetika mam. She is also my best friend, my inspiration and my role model. I lovingly call her BESTEA.

Tushar Kiran Moodgal is a poet, sports journalist and writer hailing from a small town of Shahdara in East Delhi. His previously published works include multiple poetry anthologies. He is currently working on his first poetry book. Growing up, his father introduced him to the works of some of English poetry’s greatest stalwarts and instilled in him a love for literature and written word. POOJA PANDEY
Pooja Pandey is a poet, activist, and social worker from Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh. She is known for her intricate associations with the female wings of several social groups including Mahila Mandals. As an active cow cuddling activist, her contributions to Gau Raksha have been appreciated by the State Government. She has won several awards for her outstanding Hindi poetry and aspires to publish a series of poetry books in 2023.
