  3. In a processor, combine all of the components and pulse until very finely ground.
  4. Keep in an airtight container.

Tandoori Masala:

Ingredients in Tandoori Masala Recipes:

  • 1/4 cup ginger, dry and powdered
  • 1/4 cup dried and powdered garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Of chaat masala
  • 1/4 cup Garam masala 
  • 1/4 cup red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup kasoori methi
  • 3/4 cup Salt 
  • A quarter cup of dried, powdered onion
  • 1 teaspoon of optional powdered red colouring

Method:

In a blender, combine all the substances, and then store them in a sealed airtight container.

Pav Bhaji Masala:

Ingredients for Pav Bhaji Masala Recipes:

  • 7 dried whole red chillies
  • 3 tablespoons coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2″ cinnamon sticks
  • 3 cloves
  • 5 to 6 black cardamom
  • A half-cup of dry mango powder
  • 1-tablespoon fennel seeds
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Method:

  1. Dried roast all of the substances in a pan (apart from the dried mango powder & the sugar) until they are golden brown over a low to medium flame.
  2. For a few minutes, roast (until a pleasant aroma is generated). After that, stir in the dry mango powder and toast it for one minute. Turn off the heat, let the area cool, then stir in the sugar powder.
  3. After the blend is entirely cool, use a mixer to crush it into a fine powder.
  4. Use an airtight container for storage.

Masala Chicken:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp of turmeric 
  • 12 cloves 
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 
  • 1/2 teaspoon mace 
  • 15 dried plum pieces 
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes 
  • 10 green cardamom pieces 
  • 4 tablespoons of curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon of salt 
  • 12 black peppercorn pieces 
  • 4 tbs deghi mirch

Spices Whole To Grind:

  • 2 tbs cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tbs of white cumin seeds 
  • 15 green cardamom pieces 
  • 5-star anise bits 
  • Black cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon 
  • Black peppercorns, 1 tablespoon 
  • 12 tsp. of cloves 
  • Four bay leaves 

Method:

Blend well after adding the grinning powder to the powdered whole spices after grinding every one of the entire spices to a powder. Keep in airtight containers.
