Position: Outreach Specialist / Scheduler

Position Location: REMOTE

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 2 Options
  • 8:30am-5:00pm
  • 10:00am-6:30pm

Position Overivew:

• Responsible for calling out to patients to schedule health risk assessments with Nurse Practitioners.
• Goal in getting these appointments set up is to mitigate costs for insurance companies and also providing the insurance companies with the information from these health risk assessments back to the insurance companies.
• High volume of outbound calls.
• Metric driven role.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of call center experience
• Comfortable with metrics
