REMOTE Reservations Sales ASSOCIATE
Every guest’s unique stay experience begins in a customized and authentic reservations experience.  At Mauna Lani Resort, our guests craft their vacations with the guidance of our knowledgeable and friendly reservations sales associates.   Our remote reservations sales associates are responsible for ensuring a superior guest first impression of our unique resorts by complying with Auberge Resorts Collection call quality standards while utilizing the reservations lead management system.  Being mainland based in either California or Arizona, the remote reservations agent will be able to service a wide range of time zones and selling multiple properties as needed for the collection. The remote reservations sales associate will be responsible for exceptional communication skills and reservations accuracy.  In addition, the reservations sales associate will be responsible in supporting the revenue management strategies which includes, but are not limited to: Up-selling, promotions, outbound revenue generation and cross selling of amenities. The position is required to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with all associates throughout the Auberge Resorts Collection. This individual will be a self-starter, and he/she will possess strong and clear communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, attention to detail, kindness, and flexibility.  A successful candidate  will also thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality field is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must reside in the USA Mainland.
• Must have one year of Opera experience 
• Google, Navis Certification & Software experience preferred
