Position: Seasonal Representative II

Our highly successful Signet C3, Customer Connection Team now has seasonal full-time and part-time Work-at-Home positions available. Highly confident, proactive problem solvers who demonstrate strong ability to quickly navigate the internet
Embrace asking fact finding questions and researching for the best resolution for both our company and the customer
Highly organized and effectively manages their time
Proficient in written and verbal communication through a variety of platforms (including Microsoft Teams)
Empathetic and customer-focused in every way
Willing and able to empathize and acknowledge mistakes as well as authentically apologize to guests
Independent workers who enjoy a fast-paced environment
Have moderate to advanced technical proficiency with familiarity in Microsoft Suite, navigating web browsers, and using multiple screens while troubleshooting basic technical topics to resolve customer issues
Able to identify how to use the company websites for potential sales opportunities
Confident using basic negotiation skills for both sales and service
Required to work evenings and weekends
Able to provide their own high-speed internet, router/modem and set up the equipment as needed
Willing to participate in cross-training sessions in various areas within the department
Are willing to be on camera for all training, cross training, Teams and Zoom meetings as needed
A successful team member will:
Transition as needed between various job functions and channels (e.g., phone, store chat, Live Person, Special Orders)
Assist both internal and external customers with sales and/or service inquiries
Serve as our customer’s initial point of contact when reaching out to the Customer Connection Center for sale or service assistance
Gathering important data, research issues and formulate the appropriate Customer First Resolution which support our continued growth as the world’s largest retailer of diamond jewelry and delights our customers
Independently work towards providing Customer First Resolutions using the required Signet C3 systems and tools with support from the Leadership Team
Respond to inbound requests including online orders, merchandise selection and repairs
Use analytical/decision making to gather important data, research issues and formulate the appropriate Customer First Resolution
Multi-task to meet or exceed established service level expectations in a high volume, fast-paced environment
