Key Responsibilities:

The main responsibility of this position is to provide system administrator, design, and set up of Learning Technologies for employees across all Operating Groups and Corporate Services divisions. The employee in this position functions as a partner with business clients, other HR groups and training professionals in other divisions.

  • Functions as administrator for new learning technology platforms, integration, and track all LMS integration details
  • The implementation and configuration for each business group across the talent system
  • Works with training leaders to assess and identify business/performance challenges and requirements involving learning technologies, specifically LXP, Resource Scheduling system, Video Management systems and Credly
  • Works in conjunction with internal subject matter experts and/or vendors to provide technology standards for system setup
  • Coordinates with external vendors and internal IT department to implements learning technology enhancements or issue resolution

The salary for this position is $50,850 to $74,580, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in Learning Technologies (Learning experience platform, Learning Management systems, Video management systems, Resource Scheduling system, etc.)
  • Work with the learning consultants by communicating to enterprise training leads as needed
  • Provide end to end system support for Learning Management and associated systems
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Technology, education
  • Experience with Cornerstone LMS, Edcast, Panopto or Training Orchestra
  • Experience working on various learning technologies or learning ecosystem
