What You Will Be Doing
Answering phone calls, emails, and other requests from Hyatt guests
In-depth research to provide information and resolution for guest inquiries
Skills and Experience You Need
Very proficient at using multiple PC applications at the same time
High School Diploma or Equivalency
More than one year of previous customer service experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Track record of exceeding goals and performance expectations

8 Hour Shift Schedules:
8:00a – 5:00p cst (Saturday & Sunday Off)
8:30a – 5:30p cst (Saturday & Sunday Off)
9:00a – 6:00p cst (Saturday & Sunday Off)
9:30a – 6:30p cst (Saturday & Sunday Off)
10:00a – 7:00p cst (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Equipment Requirements
Colleague is required to provide the following equipment for Home Office:
High Speed Internet Service. High Speed Internet service required. Broadband technologies allowed are DSL, Cable, and Fiber-Optic. All other ISP (Internet Service Provider) technologies are not allowed. Colleague will be required to provide Hyatt with adequate certification of service from provider.
If your ISP provided equipment or your internal network contains a firewall, you must “unblock” or enable “pass through” settings for all communication ports.
Your high-speed internet service is expected to be reliable, connected, and sufficiently fast to enable you to perform your work for Hyatt without disruption or lag (slowness) throughout your shift.
A dedicated Internet circuit to your physical address is required, and you must have access to your own personal modem and router. Internet service shared amongst multiple building/apartment/condo/townhouse tenants is not allowed.
Cable/DSL modem – You must have access to your own personal modem and router
Router. Router with Ethernet ports for wired connection to laptop. Router can be integrated into the modem device provided by your ISP. You must have access to your own personal modem and router.
Multi Factor Authentication Capability. The ability to receive a phone call or utilize a smartphone/tablet mobile application for Multi Factor Authentication (security system used when accessing Hyatt systems) when logging in to Hyatt provided thin client equipment. It is required each and every time you are authenticating (logging in) to Hyatt provided thin client equipment to start your workday.

Local telecommunication provider landline or residential Voice over IP phone service with dedicated phone number.
Dedicated cell phone.
Dedicated Android or Apple iOS smartphone/tablet capable of receiving a phone call or the utilization of the Microsoft Authenticator application obtained from the Google or Apple Store
