What We Offer

Starting Pay $17/hour + $1/hour premium evenings and weekends.
Three weeks of paid training by someone that does the job and understands what it takes to be a customer service professional.
Flexible Scheduling 3 evenings/week with one being Saturday or Sunday. Start time 3:00-5:00 pm, end time 11:00 pm CST.
Lands’ End provides a computer, keyboard, mouse, web camera & headset.
Friendly, helpful co-workers and leaders.

What You’ll Do

You will have the ability to go above and beyond for your customers as a member of our legendary Customer Service Team, voted America’s Best Customer Service by Newsweek.
Assist our customers in a professional, enthusiastic and friendly manner.
Provide efficient service by swiftly navigating between multiple websites and programs
Demonstrate your ability to work independently.
Proficiently troubleshoot computer issues.
To support the holiday peak season, 4 shifts/week are required from Nov. 24 through Dec. 15. Required workdays include: Nov. 24, 27, 28, 29, Dec. 4 & 5.
