Guideline is looking for an Offboarding Specialist to join the Offboarding team, with preference for candidates in central and eastern time zones.

What You Will Work On
We are looking for an Offboarding Specialist to join our team, reporting to the Offboarding Manager! You are a collaborative person who is excited to help Guideline make affordable retirement benefits accessible to American workers, and would love to grow in a dynamic workplace with a tight-knit, collaborative team. You will directly contribute to the best-in-class client experience, so attention to detail is a must.
- Be the first point-of-contact for general client inquiries in the offboarding process
- Help educate and set expectations with our clients regarding the offboarding process
- Promote product value by maintaining internal team tools such as creating/updating documentation, general daily maintenance and whatever else will help our clients and our team succeed
- Increase company efficiency and improve client service by helping coordinate and respond to client inquiries, especially in the offboarding process
- Present ideas and recommendations, and look for ways to improve processes
- Communicate with other internal Guideline teams
- Other responsibilities as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with and supporting customers through phone and email correspondence
- Process oriented: organization and documentation are natural skills
- Ability to juggle and prioritize across multiple tasks
- Collaboration skills: comfort level talking to different teams and levels
- Passionate about technology
- 401(k), retirement, or finance industry experience preferred

Offer Package
The expected Salary Range for this position is $70,000 – $92,500 annually. Compensation is determined by numerous factors such as your qualifications, experience, and work location.
