2 Hurt After Police Pursuit Ends in Barrio Logan Accident on Boston Avenue

 
BARRIO LOGAN, CA (October 20, 2023) — Two people suffered minor injuries in a police chase crash on Boston Avenue near 27th Street.
 
According to the San Diego Police Department, the police chase unfolded around 10:20 p.m. Monday. Upon seeing a black SUV run a red light, police attempted to pull the driver over. However, the driver took off and a chase unfolded.
 
Not long after, the SUV crashed into two cars before the driver exited and began to run.
 
Minutes later, police arrested the driver who fled.
 
Back at the scene, paramedics took two people in the SUV to a hospital for minor injuries.
 
At the time of the report, police did not say if any of the occupants from the uninvolved vehicles suffered an injury.
