4 Hospitalized in Multi-Car Crash at Fowler Avenue in Selma

 
SELMA, CA (October 19, 2023) — Four people were injured in a multi-car accident at Fowler Avenue and Nebraska Avenue.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the multi-vehicle collision happened around 8:00 a.m. Wednesday. For an unknown reason, an eastbound vehicle failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a vehicle traveling on Fowler Avenue. Subsequently, that vehicle struck a westbound car on Nebraska Avenue.
 
In total, seven people were involved in the collision, including four people who required medical attention for their minor injuries. At this time, authorities have not said if DUI, speeding or distracted driving factored into the accidents. However, we will update this report once we receive more information.
