Several People, Children Hospitalized in Multi-Car Crash at Avenue 242 in Tulare County

 
TULARE COUNTY, CA (October 2, 2023) — Seven people were injured in a multi-car accident at Avenue 242 and Road 196.
 
According to the Tulare County Fire Department, the multi-car crash happened Thursday evening. For an unknown reason, roughly six vehicles collided. Soon after, firefighter paramedics arrived at the scene and took five people to a hospital with significant injuries. Of the seven injured, two of them were juveniles.
 
At some point during the crash, the two juveniles were ejected from at least one of the cars. However, authorities did not say what led to the accident, but an ongoing investigation should confirm the details.
