Camaro Strikes 2 Vehicles on Mojave Drive in Victorville Injuring Several People

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (September 20, 2023) – Garret King and several other people were injured in a three-vehicle accident in Victorville early Sunday morning on September 17.
 
The accident happened around 12:52 a.m. on Mojave Drive at East Trail. According to the Victorville Sheriff’s Station, King, 19, of Hesperia, was driving a Chevrolet Camaro eastbound on Mojave Drive when he broadsided an Infiniti Q50 that made a southbound turn.
 
King then veered into the westbound left turn lane of Mojave Drive and crashed head-on into a Tesla Model X that was preparing to make a left turn.
 
First responders rendered aid to several people involved in the crash. They took all Tesla occupants to local hospitals with various injuries.
 
King also sustained injuries from the crash.

Deputies from the Victorville Station’s Major Accident Investigation Team is handling the investigation. They asked anyone with further information to contact Deputy R.
