34-Year-Old Man Dies after Struck by Vehicle on 215 Freeway at Orange Show Road

 
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (September 16, 2023) – Manuel Anthony Ybarra was killed in a pedestrian accident in San Bernardino Thursday evening on September 7.
 
The fatal accident happened around 8:40 p.m. on 215 Freeway at Orange Show Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, Ybarra was walking in the area when a vehicle struck him.
 
As a result, he suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. He was a 34-year-old Colton resident.
 
It is unknown at this time if the involved driver stayed after the crash.
 
The CHP is still investigating the fatality.
