3 Dead in Head-On Crash near Hills Valley Road in Fresno County

 
FRESNO COUNTY, CA (February 17, 2023) — Three people died in a head-on accident near Hills Valley Road and Manning Avenue.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the two-vehicle collision happened in the Orange Cove area around 2:00 p.m. Thursday. For unknown reasons, the sole occupant of a red Dodge pickup made an unsafe turn and crashed head-on with a northbound Honda minivan.
 
As a result, three people died in the crash, and three people suffered major injuries. Authorities say all victims were men, including the fatal victims: both drivers and a passenger.
 
Soon after, paramedics responded to the scene and rushed the surviving patients to a nearby hospital for care.
 
It’s unclear what led to the accident, but an ongoing investigation should confirm these ambiguous details. If anyone has seen this crash, please call the CHP.
