The Chainsaw Man manga is back! Chainsaw Man Part 2 is back with Chapter 98, and what a return it was!

No Denji!? What the cluck? We get to meet Bucky, the Chicken Devil, and more importantly, Asa Mitaka, the War Devil.

I’m beyond excited to see what Tatsuki Fujimoto has in store for us with Chainsaw Man Part 2. Was I a bit disappointed that we have to wait to see Denji and Nayuta? Absolutely. Do I think we’re going to see them both in part 2? Also, absolutely.

My guess is we see them in Chapter 99, and that Denji and Mitaka will wind up in the same high school, possibly becoming friends without knowing each other’s identities. Maybe a bit of a stretch, but we’ll see how it all turns out.

Let me know what you thought of Chainsaw Man Part 2 Chapter 98! I just read through the last three arcs of Part 1 to catch up on Chainsaw Man (International Assassins arc, Gun Devil arc, and Control Arc) to be ready for Part 2, and it was beyond worth it.

Chainsaw Man really develops from focusing on dark comedy and violence into a tragic and depressing tale of friendship and loss. I can’t wait to see what the future of Chainsaw Man has in Part 2.
