A complete of 4 persons were hurt just after a 29-year-aged male mishandled his gun, capturing himself and a few other folks, Lovejoy police reported.

Police say they responded to Walmart for a folks shot simply call. When they arrived, officials decided that Michael Walton experienced been negligent with his gun when it fired a round, placing him and 3 others.

Even further investigation confirmed the gun was loaded and unholstered. Law enforcement reported the “handling of the firearm was not finished in a reasonable common of treatment.”

“Mr. Walton’s actions set all other patrons and staff members of the organization at risk and will be billed with reckless conduct and booked into the Clayton County Jail,” police stated.
