As Goa is located on the west seacoast of India along the seacoast of the Arabian Sea, Goan cooking is dominated by spices and flavors they are also much healthy. Goa's chief foods are rice and fish curry. Utmost dishes contain coconuts, rice, fish, pork, meat, and original spices like kokum. Goan cooking which are very healthy. They  are dominated by seafood, including wolf, tuna, Pomfret, and mackerel. Goa was a Portuguese colony before 1961, and so the Portuguese told utmost of its food. 

 1. Fish curry  recipes from Goa 



Fish curry of goa is so much testy and healthy. Goan Fish Curry or Xitti Kodi is the staple food of every Goa, making it a notorious Goan food. Fish curry from Goa is loaded with colorful spices and coconut. Raw mango is also used to add a courtesan flavor to the dish. The main constituents of the vessel are a decent pomfret and a raw mango. Kingfish can also be used somewhat of PomfretPomfret. This Goan dish is served with rice.

 Chicken Kapral is a delicious green dish that will make your mouth water. Grinding green chilies, sauces, and colorful spices affect funk masala. The funk is also mixed with this masala and fried. This Goan dish does not bear anything differently, but it can be served with salads.

"Wine" comes from the word ginger, and" halo" means garlic in Portuguese. It's said that this Goan food used to be called Vindahlo, but due to the use of potatoes, people started calling it Vindaloo (Aloo means potatoes). The dish consists of pork, onions, peppers, garlic, ginger, and other spices. Masala is prepared with chili peppers and other constituents, mixed with meat and ginger. This admixture is stored overnight. The dish is also made friends with onions and different sauces.

 Funk jakuti is made with poppy seeds and red cashmere chili. This is another infamous Goan dish with Portuguese influence. Goan curry contains funk, potato, onion, coconut, green pepper, and other spices. Cashmere chili peppers are used to add color to food for their delicious flavors. It is one of the most famous dishes of Goa.

 5. Ambot Tik Shark recipes



 Ambot Tik is a Goan food with a Portuguese influence." Ambot" means sour, and"tik" means hot. Red chilies (Kashmiri) add spiciness to the dish, and Kokum (Garcinia indicia) adds a bitter taste to the word. The wolf is minced and tossed with onions, tomatoes, and masala. 

 6. Sorpotel recipes



"Soro" is a Konkani word that can be restated as liquor or liquor. Sorpotel ( also known as Sarapatel) is a notorious Goan food. Pork and beef or angel liver are used for this dish. The meat is coddled, and the fat is fried. Onions, garlic, and set masala are added along with other spices and sauces. Sorpotel can be consumed at any time of the day, but some people prefer it for breakfast. 

 7. Feijoada recipes foods



 This dish is a red bean and pork stew. Goan Feijoada is a Portuguese- told form. Swab beef, masala, and order sap are combined and fried to make this dish. Coconut milk can be added somewhat of water for the sauce, as coconut milk adds a unique flavor and gives it a thicker thickness. Goan feijoada is served with rice or peas. 

 8. Sorak recipes



 Sorak is a simple submissive curry especially prepared during Goa's thunderstorm season. The curry consists of racy masala with onions and tomatoes. Sorak is stylishly eaten with hot, storming rice or dried fish. 

 9. Samarachi Kodi recipes



Samarachi Cody is a dish prepared during the shower. This is a dried shrimp curry. Dried prawns, onions, coconuts, tamarinds, tomatoes are essential ingredients, and spice and pickles. Coconut milk is added to give hand flavor and texture. Some also use some Bombay shrimp duck. Samarachi Cody is best served with hot rice and pickles.

 10. Xeque Xeque Shrimp recipes



 Cheque Prawns Xeque is a classic Goan dish with prawns, coconut milk, tomatoes, green chilies, and onions. The masala is mixed with shrimp and added with sautéed onions, garlic, and tomatoes. Gradationally add the coconut milk. This Goan food can be served with sannas, dosas, or fugias. 

11. Patolea foods recipes



 Pronounced as"the pathway," patella is a sweet dish that can also be eaten with tea. Goan red rice with tamarind leaves (Haldi ka Patta) is used for the vessel. A stuffing of coconut, Goan jaggery, and cardamom is made and stuffed into the leaves ( linked with rice dough). Also, the leaves are folded or wrapped and fumed for 20 twinkles. 

 12. Crab Xacuti recipes



 Xacuti grouser is a notorious Goan dish. The medication of this dish is analogous to that of Pollo Xacuti. But the grouser claws should be precisely removed, and the cranks should be cooked for 15 twinkles before pacing. Eggs can be added to curry to make it thicker and leathery. 

 13. Bebinca recipes



 Bebinca is one of the most notorious and famous goodies in Goa. It's a concentrated cutlet made with coconut milk, sugar, eggs, and flour. The batter is poured into the earth, and the subcaste of berries is laid back in front of the filling. The dish uses caramelized sugar rather than regular sugar, giving the cate a rich flavor. 

 14. Recheado Fish recipes



"Recheado" means" stuffed" in Portuguese. This Portuguese- told dish consists of PomfretPomfret stuffed with racy masala and onions. This dish can be served with a hot Goan chuck. 

 15. Khatjato of Goa foods recipes 



 Goan Khatkhate is a vegetable stew from Goa. Both toor dal and channa dal are mixed with colorful vegetables similar to carrots, potatoes, green sap, and hams. Racy coconut paste made from Kashmiri red chilies and tattered coconut is added along with other spices. The dish is notorious in the Konkani community in Goa. The stew is served with rice after pouring ghee over it. 

 16. Sannas foods



 Sannas are the idlis of Goa. These idlis differ from regular idlis as these idlis have a mild coconut flavor and are made from Goan rice. Sannas complements most Goan dishes.
