Delhi Elections – Vote for the City

Dear Delhi Voters,

Delhi Elections have been a major talk of the town for the past few days and the d-day is almost here. Tomorrow is the day when you are going to vote for the next 5 years of the city. How the upcoming months and years will be and what the future will hold, only the time will be able to tell it. But you should vote on the basis of the possibilities.

There are mainly three major parties who is up against each other with different manifestos trying to garner audience faith to their respective sides.

The entire campaigning for elections was filled with a lot of heated statements from all the political stalwarts from each of the parties be it Amit Shah or Pravesh Verma from Bhartiya Janta Party, Arvind Kejriwal from Aam Aadmi Party, Rahul Gandhi or Priyanka Vadra from the Indian National Congress. They continued to take a dig on each other and the respective parties letting the Election Commission ban them from the campaigning. While Pravesh Verma got banned twice, Mr. Arvind Kejriwal was condemned for some assurances on Mohalla Clinics around the city. Adityanath Yogi, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh also got a notice from the Election Commission for his statement.

Now that the campaigning is over, its apprehended that 2020 elections would make it difficult for Aam Aadmi Party to do as bigger clean sweep as it did in 2015.  A lot has been said and spoken about the party and it’s members already. On a city wide scale, the voters have already decided based on what they have heard multiple times in the past few weeks of campaigning by the political parties.

Here’s an interesting read about the campaign analysis by all three parties through Behavioral Sciences perspective:
