The cylindrical briquettes produced have a diameter of 50-75mm and a length of approximately 150mm. Briquette machines also form rectangular briquettes, with larger sizes available.

Screw briquette machine

In a screw briquette press, the feed screw transports the raw materials into the compression chamber. The cone compression screw then presses the materials into a tapered and extension mold. The compression screw rotates at a speed of 800 revolutions per minute. It generates friction and heat, increasing the temperature to 300℃.

The capacity of a screw briquette press can reach up to 500 kg/h. It is furnished with a small silo, a PLC control panel, a gas hood, and a saw. It requires uniform and finely prepared materials with 6-8% moisture. The press can create high-density, high-quality briquettes using these ingredients that burn longer than conventional fuels.

Inspect the machine's appearance

When inspecting a briquette machine, ensure the spray paint is uniform and steady, without exposed undercoat, sagging, or peeling.
