How Does Aurogra 100 Tablet Work?

How Does Aurogra 100 Tablet Work?

The active ingredient in Aurogra 100 is Sildenafil Citrate (found in the popular blue pill Viagra), which is a PDE5 (Phosphodiesterase Type 5) inhibitor. It relaxes the smooth muscles in the blood vessel walls and promotes blood circulation to the penis.

Blood does not flow correctly to the penis due to artery restriction. By reducing cGMP breakdown, Sildenafil Citrate in Aurogra inhibits PDE 5 action and increases nitric oxide (NO)-mediated vasodilation in the corpus cavernosum.

Blood artery contraction and dilatation are controlled by cGMP (cyclic guanosine monophosphate). Blood flows adequately to the penis since cGMP production is enabled. As more blood travels to the penis, pressure builds up. This results in an erection.

Use of Aurogra 100 mg

Aurogra 100 mg is prescribed to treat the following conditions:

Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is the inability to achieve or maintain a hard adequate erection for sexual intercourse.

PAH (Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension) is a kind of high blood pressure that affects the arteries in the lungs and heart.

Dosage Recommendations

One pill of Aurogra 100 is advised per day. Do not take more than one pill in a 24-hour period. Take one pill on an empty stomach, one hour before sexual intercourse, for optimum results. The effects of this medication might be felt within the first hour of taking it. This may differ from person to person based on factors such as age, metabolism, medical issues, and so on.

Missed Dosage: This medication is administered as needed. As a result, you are less likely to forget to take a dose. If you are using this medication to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension, you should take the missed dosage as soon as possible. If your next dose is due, skip the missed dose and take your next scheduled dose. Do not take two doses to compensate for a missing dosage.

Overdoes: A drug overdose can have dangerous negative effects. If you suspect an overdose, call your doctor right once.
