This is my first attempt to be bodywise body care products and I am really impressed. The best thing is it has 1% Kojic Acid along with the sun protection factor. Kojic Acid is an ingredient which helps lighten skin, scars and spots when applied topically. It inhibits the formation of tyrosine (an amino acid needed in melanin production) that results in skin lightening. Now, we use different products to get the glow on our face and ignore the body’s skin and it results in skin dullness and tanning. Gently massage the lotion over exposed area, use generous amount for each application. Reapply after 80 minutes.

Packaging

It comes in a typical cylindrical plastic bottle along with a pump attached on top. It works perfectly as it gets locked and open with just a twist. You can carry it around while travelling because there is almost no chance of leakage. However, it’s size acquire a lot of space and some of you my not like it.

Fragrance

Be Bodywise body lotion has a floral fragrance and it does stay for sometime and if you have very sensitive nose you might experience little discomfort. Personally, I have no issues with the smell.

The body lotion has a runny consistency due to which it glides on very smoothly over skin. I massage the lotion as my regular body lotion and initially it leaves a shiny-oily kind of finish that take some time to get absorbed into the skin. Afterall, it’s a sunscreen and you can’t expect it to entirely act as a body lotion. But thankfully, it has moisturizing and hydrating properties too that makes it great for dry skin, therefore you can use it as both body lotion and body sunscreen. You don’t need to use separate moisturizer under this lotion.

Added to that, it has a runny consistency that does not feel heavy on the skin unlike most of the body sunscreen/lotion available in the market. I have been using this lotion every day on my hands, feet and sometimes slide it all over my legs. Since I mostly wear full sleeves and long trousers, I don’t require a lot of body sunscreen on daily basis. What I have noticed is my exposed area becomes dull and dehydrated if I don’t apply sunscreen for a period of time, that’s why I believe in applying sunscreen even when I stay at home.
