Where Ramón Rodríguez Is From?
On December 20, 1979, Ramón Rodrguez entered this world in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. One of the oldest communities on the island, Ro Piedras is found in the San Juan section of Puerto Rico’s capital city. Though it’s only a few square miles in size, this historic district is home to the University of Puerto Rico’s main campus.
Ramón did not, however, grow up in Ro Piedras.
The actor who plays Will Trent grew up in New York City’s Lower East Side. He went to the NYC Lab Middle School for Collaborative Studies in the Chelsea neighbourhood of Manhattan and played basketball at the Leelanau School in Glen Arbor, Michigan.
He kept playing in college, first at Wheeling University in West Virginia and then at New York University, where he got a degree in sports marketing. Then he moved to Los Angeles to try to make a living as an actor.

Since 2005, the actor who plays Will Trent has built up an impressive list of roles.
Ramón has been in the business for over ten years and has been in everything from big movies like Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen to the ABC remake of Charlie’s Angels.
He has worked on Law & Order: SVU, Day Break, and The Wire, among other shows. He played Detective Ryan Lopez on Gang Related, but after only one season, Fox cancelled the show. He has also been in movies like Need for Speed, Battle Los Angeles, The One and Only Ivan, and more.

The ABC police drama, which is based on the books by Karin Slaughter, follows Will Trent as he works as a special agent with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. Will, who was abandoned as a baby, uses his unique perspective in his work at GBI to ensure that no other child has to go through what he experienced.
A few of Ramón’s co-stars are Erika Christensen, Jake McLaughlin, Iantha Richardson, and Sonja Sohn.
