Victoria was born and reared in the state of Texas, where her mother regularly instilled in her the desire to remain near her childhood home and even urged her to “stick to what she knows.”

Soon after, she went to Firefly Trend, where she worked for more than two years in various capacities, including as a merchandising intern, an assistant buyer, and social media and digital marketing consultant.

After that, Victoria attended El Centro College to further her interest in the fashion industry, and in 2017, she received a scholarship to attend the Parsons school of design in Paris.
