Despite being one of the most hated clubs in Germany, RB Leipzig is great fun to manage in Football Manager 2023. They have one of the youngest squads in the game & each player has great potential. The Bundesliga side has a £17.2 million transfer budget, so it may be worth looking for some budget midfielders.
As with all Bundesliga teams, the goal is to finally topple the German powerhouse that is Bayern Munich. They have won the last 10 Bundesliga titles but with RB Leipzig’s young guns, the dynasty can finally be toppled.

Surprisingly, Brighton & Hove Albion have the 3rd highest transfer budget in Football Manager 2023 only behind Manchester City & Real Madrid. A new manager will have £70 million to spend on great new players that can take them to the next level. Brighton & Hove Albion have a talented & driven team that is punching above its weight in the Premier League.
It appears the seagulls are at a turning point; they can establish themselves as a top Premier League team if the money is spent well. Look for wonderkids that can become world-class superstars to take the League by storm.

Real Madrid is great to manage in Football Manager 2023. Players get the highest transfer budget in the game at £103 million & inherit some world-class players. But Real Madrid also has many problems that a manager needs to address quickly.
The board expects nothing but the best & that means winning every trophy available. However, an aging squad, underwhelming staff, & critical fans make Real Madrid a great club for beginners. It is a challenging club to manage with many tough decisions but with great wealth & resources.

The Blue Moon has been shining brightly over Manchester over the past decade as Manchester City has taken over English football. They have the best squad in world football & £102 million more to spend. Manchester City has an embarrassment of riches at their disposal but has yet to win the Champions League. They are desperate to get the trophy that has been just out of reach.
There are very high expectations for Manchester City to win it all. However, it may not be so easy as players are replacing the most successful coach in history, Pep Guardiola. The Premier League is the most competitive league in the world with no easy games. Guiding Manchester City to success is no simple task, but they have the resources to become the greatest team in history.
