Promotions have become an indispensable part of the movie industry and recently when Vijay Deverakonda appeared on the sets of Bigg Boss 7 Telugu for promoting his latest release Kushi which stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu in the female lead, Nagarjuna couldn’t stop himself from asking Vijay about his ex-daughter-in-law.

Vijay set the stage on fire with his superb performance and also spoke about Kushi but what is catching people’s attention is the viral video in which Nagarjuna is seen asking about Samantha, ex-wife of his son Naga Chaitanya about whom Nagarjuna doesn’t talk quite often.

This is what Nagarjuna asked Vijay in Telugu, “Where is your heroine, Samantha?” and in response, Vijay told him that she is not a part of promotion due to health issues. He also said that Samantha was in the US when the episode was being shot.

According to a leading daily, Nagarjuna said this to Vijay Deverakonda, “You are a fantastic actor. She is a very good actress and you both together make for an amazing pair.”

Just to inform, Samantha is suffering from auto-immune disease Myositis and she went to the US about a fortnight back.

Earlier Naga Chaitanya talked about his divorce with Samantha and said, “Yes. It’s been more than two years since we separated and a year since we were formally divorced. The court has granted us a divorce. Both of us have moved on with our lives. I have tremendous respect for that phase of my life.”

Even though Samantha is not actively involved in promoting Kushi, she attended the movie’s grand music launch. She also performed with Vijay in the event and their pics and videos went viral.
